This is the 3rd year for Tristan’s Fund-raising Golf Tournament to raise funds for his care and daily needs. Because of the enormous support of sponsors and friend’s, our tournament continues to be a success! – and for that support, we are extremely grateful.
Tristan had a major surgery on November 3rd, he had complications a week later, went in for an emergency surgery and 3 weeks later was able to come home. He has been healing and his color is good and stomach is no longer distended, so overall it was a SUCCESS!!
This year’s tournament will be held on Monday, June 17th, 2024 at the Lakewood Oaks Country Club Golf Course, located at

Golfers should check in from 7:30am – 8:30am
We will have a shotgun start at 9:00am taking place. Putting and Chipping Contest will be before the tournament starts. We will play in a 2 team, 4-person per team scramble format, per hole.
Auction: Auction items will be available to bid on during the event. If you have any connections to help us secure any packages such as travel packages, spa packages etc., or anything else that would make a great auction item, please let us know.
Last year’s tournament SOLD OUT 2 months early, and is limited to ONLY 36 teams, so sign up as soon as you can!!
